Terms & Conditions – Postage/Shipping etc
1 : PAYMENT
We can accept Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard / Switch / Visa Debit / Visa Electron / Solo / American Express, JCB and American Express.
We also accept PayPal and direct Bank Transfers.
Cheque/Postal Order: Cheques must be drawn on a British Bank and Postal Orders should be made payable to “Orkney Angora”.
2 : POSTAGE/SHIPPING
To UK addresses: Flat rate £3.75 per order. All orders are sent First Class and Recorded Delivery and require a signature on delivery.
To Overseas addresses: All orders sent to Europe, North America, Asia, Australasia etc are sent by insured airmail (either ‘Airsure’ or ‘International Signed For’) – a signature is usually required on delivery. The cost of postage/shipping is charged at cost price and depends on the weight of the packet and the value of the contents.
3 : DESPATCH
We will email you with an expected despatch date and confirm this when your order is shipped.
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 – 10 days but please allow 28 days for delivery. IN A HURRY? Tell us and we will hurry on your behalf.
Orders sent to UK addresses usually arrive within 2 or 3 days from posting.
Orders sent to USA & Canada usually take 7 – 14 days. Using the “Airsure” option reduces this time by a few days.
4 : MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
The only customers we want are satisfied ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money provided the purchases are sent back, as new, within 14 days of receipt. POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDED. Refunds will be made (excluding all postage charges) when goods are received back in good condition.
However, with regard to specially commissioned, one-off items, we will always endeavour to carry out any relevant alterations in order to satisfy the customer.
5 : OUR PRODUCTS
Product descriptions and prices have been given in good faith but may be changed at any time.
6 : OUR COLOURS
Note that colours will vary slightly from dye batch to dye batch. If it is essential that items match please tell us on your order form.
7 : OUR SERVICE
We do everything we can to satisfy our customer’s requirements. However, if we do get it wrong please give us the chance to put it right.
8 : OVERSEAS ORDERS
We supply many customers from outside the UK. Airmail postage will be charged at cost. It is best to pay by credit card. If sending a cheque it must be in pounds sterling, drawn on a British bank. For alternatives, contact us. N.B. We are not VAT registered. So NO VAT DEDUCTIONS available.
