Postage & Shipping

To UK addresses, all orders are shipped first class, signed for and at current rates. To Overseas addresses, all orders are sent international tracked, at current rates. Postage is charged at cost, and no charge for packaging.

DESPATCH

We will email you when we have received your order and then again when your order is shipped.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible but please allow 28 days for delivery.

IN A HURRY? Tell us and we will hurry on your behalf.

Orders sent to UK addresses usually arrive within 2 or 3 days from posting.

Orders sent to USA & Canada usually take 7 – 14 days.

NB:  Orkney Angora (established 1982) is a one-woman business run by Tracy.

Orders are normally processed and despatched promptly. 

Please note, from time to time when Tracy is away, there may be a short delay in processing your order.  

In such an event, you will be notified and your order dealt with as soon as possible on her return.

EXCHANGE

Goods may be exchanged if they are the wrong size for example.

Postage back to us is at your expense and we will re-send your order at no extra charge.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

The only customers we want are satisfied ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money provided the purchases are sent back, as new, within 14 days of receipt.

POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDED.

Refunds will be made (excluding all postage charges) when goods are received back in good condition. However, with regard to specially commissioned, one-off items, we will always endeavour to carry out any relevant alterations in order to satisfy you the customer.

Product descriptions and prices have been given in good faith but may be changed at any time.

OUR COLOURS

Note that colours will vary slightly from dye batch to dye batch. If it is essential that items match please tell us on your order form.

OUR SERVICE

We do everything we can to satisfy our customer’s requirements. However, if we do get it wrong please give us the chance to put it right.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We supply many customers from outside the UK. Airmail postage will be charged at cost.

N.B. We are not VAT registered. So NO VAT DEDUCTIONS available.
